Recreational

Aereo Gymnastics offers a full slate of Recreational Programs for all ages and abilities on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. The equipment for our younger gymnasts is downsized to suit their needs and safety is our first priority at all times. All recreational classes at Aereo are taught by OntarioGymnastics Federation Level 1 certified coaches. Coaches in training may be used to assist the supervising coach.

Fun, Fitness & Fundamentals

The Can Gym program is used by Gymnastics Clubs throughout Canada. All gymnasts involved follow an individual training process, which makes the program accessible to beginners at any age and level. At the end of each session, gymnasts well be presented with a progress report and if they have successfully completed the skills involved they will receive a badge before moving on to the next level.

All programs include rotations on the following equipment:

Vault - Bars - Beam - Floor - Mini Tramp - Pit

Building Skills

Competitive

The Aereo Gymnastics Club has over twelve different programs in place. Evaluations for our competitive programs are done on a continuous basis throughout the year. Children with an aptitude an interest in competitive gymnastics are invited to attend an evaluation class.

The competitive program begins at age 5 and includes pre-competitive, advanced recreation and provincial levels. Aereo's competitive gymnasts have represented the city of Welland at many regional and province-wide meets with much success.

Competitive gymnasts train from 8 to 17 hours per week and have formed lasting friendships with those girls that share their passion for gymnastics. Aereo Gymnastics is proud to host the Annual Rose Cup Invitational Gymnastics Competition. This event attracts gymnasts from around Ontario to the City of Welland.

Play Together

Parent and Tot

Aereo Gymnastics offers a "Drop-In" Parent and Tot program.

Mondays* 9:30 am to 11:30 am
Cost: $3.00 per child per visit

You are not committed to attend each week. Parents participate in this program by interacting with their children on the gym equipment under the guidance of Aereo Staff.

Parties

Enjoy the convenience of using the Aereo gym for your child's next Birthday Party. You can reserve the gym and a qualified coach for 1 1/2 hours of gymnastics fun.

Birthday Party Hours: September through May on Saturdays only.

Cost: $50.00 for 10 children and $5.00 for each additional child.
